FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency,
which had two days' notice that a hurricane would hit
the Gulf Coast and took five days AFTER it hit to
organize any serious help, has a website, and you may
find it hard to believe what's there.

Cash contributions are being suggested to a group of
organizations. The fourth one on that list is
Operation Blessing, an operation of Rev. Pat Robertson!

This is the same Rev. Robertson who some years back
"prayed" a hurricane away from South Carolina, but
took no responsibility for the fact that it hit New England
instead.

It is also the same Rev. Robertson who recently called
for the assassination of Pres. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela.

And, of course, the same Rev. Robertson who endorsed and
contributed to George W. Bush in the last two elections.

See for yourself. Click here: FEMA: http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=18473

Operation Blessing is a "charity" owned by infamous televangelist Pat Robertson (the chairman is of Operation blessing is M.G. Robertson, short for Marion Gordon Robertson, which is Pat Robertson's real name, and the board is dominated by his family members), and is used for his personal commercial gain.

.

I gotta correct you on one thing. He never said assasinate or kill. He did say take him out which opens the door to many things. The educated Venezualian population are working on taking him out in some form because Chavez is stealing billions from their country which is hurting the poor that he always rescues.

I have an engineering friend from their that educated us a lunch yesterday on the whole Chavez situation. She wants him out. She did say he did a better job rescueing thousands when there was a flood several years ago. She was one of the engineers working to help out. She is now in the US taking another US citizens job. If Chavez was decent, or the political situation down there better, she would be working as an engineer in her own country rather than taking a US citizen's job.

I just don't see how people sitting around pointing fingers instead of lifting them to help the people of New Orleans, is all that helpful.
