80gb PS3 with Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4 for $399. Pretty damn good deal if you ask me. This falls in line with them trying to push these consoles before the coming price drop and PS3 Slim models this Fall. That's a pretty darn good pair of games to get right off the bat. Good first person shooter and an amazing stealth/shooter/adventure. Not to mention a probable Gran Turismo release this Fall as well. That would be a great package for someone looking to get into gaming.

Normally, hardware bundles are a spotty affair. A game you don't really want, or two games, one you kinda want, one you just do not want. But this bundle, on sale at Best Buy next Sunday, looks great!

Sent in by a Best Buy employee, and confirmed by other BB employees, it's an 80GB PS3 bundled with copies of two of the biggest games on the system: Metal Gear Solid 4 and Killzone 2. All that for the asking price of a standard PS3, $400.

It's one hell of a bundle. It's like getting a Wii with Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy, or a 360 with Gears 2 and Halo 3. But perhaps more importantly, it's also one hell of a saving; perhaps Best Buy need to clear out their stock of 80GB PS3s for oh, I don't know, a new PS3?

It's selling for about $25 a share right now, too. Damn, if it was Christmas I would totally put this on my list of things to get. Although I wouldn't mind Little Big Planet instead of one of those games. I look at it as $300 for the console and $100 for two games.

That's basically what I said too. I thought Little Big Planet would be a better bundle game. What's funny is that the European bundle has LBP and Infamous. Two other great games. I'd rather have that package, but it is what it is. I think they know that Americans prefer mindless shooters and killing games over innovative and creative.

Just as any FYI, Best Buy is doing game trade in now. Select the games you want to trade in, print a pre paid shipping label from their site and they send you a gift card for the toatl $$ traded in.

Call of Duty World at War has a trade in value of $23 right now..thinking of trading it in and using the gift card for Call of Duty MW 2 when it hits
