    Wuhan Coronavirus

Here’s what’s really crazy.......I was supposed to land in New Delhi, India in about 6 hours for a 2-week visit. Yikes!!! It’s hard to say what’s gonna change, but it could be they’ll install temperature monitors at airport security gates to weed out sick travelers. But that seems to have a lot...

Yes, lobbyists work (mostly) for the rich. But that’s my point. How else can the rich persuade Congress from spending (too much) of their money? Money that’s better put to use by the people that have the ideas, that have an economic interest in the outcome, that creates the wealth that drives...

    Wuhan Coronavirus

Perhaps, but if you let Congress control too much of your money (taxes, regulations, corporate governance, etc..) everyone suffers, poor and rich alike. The current situation will prove what happens when the rich suddenly become significantly less rich. Businesses, projects, capital spending...

Like it or not, the rich (and powerful if that’s how you want to describe them) are the force at the top of the pyramid that create jobs and keep people employed. Making sure there is an adequate amount of grease in the gears keeps the machine working. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Wuhan Coronavirus

If you roughly figure only 20% (?) need hospitalization or medical treatment, that means 80% of the likely infected are not showing up in the numbers as a positive test. Now, my numbers may be off, maybe even by a lot, but the point is the death rate as a percentage of total infected has got...

Actually, I believe in many cases they won’t test unless you need medical attention. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In colorado they are (reportedly) only testing those needing out-of-home medical attention. Have two friends that have all the symptoms but are not requiring out-of-home medical attention. Neither qualified for a test. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My understanding is they are built all over. Merchant and cruise ships have to be built at a cost that allows their fees to be competitive with the world market. Private yachts typically aren’t trying to ring that bell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Beats me, but private yachts are not engaged in commerce. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

To each their own, but I literally wouldn’t step foot on an ocean cruise if they paid me. And not because I don’t like boats or cruises. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
