Default Dez Bryant= Win

First off I played at Lufkin the year Dez Bryant was a sophmore. He was already the best player on our team. That includes Jorvorskie Lane, Ej Shankle, and Alton Dixon (All play for TAMU) also includes McKinner Dixon (Now starting DE at TexasTech). Never seen sanything like him and we have had some great players come threw Lufkin (Reggie McNeal). I wouldnt be suprised at one point Saturday coach Gundy starts to throw Dez 5-8 straight Jump balls. Nothing a single DB in the big 12 much less on Mizzou will be able to stop him. Mizzou fans reading this trust me when I say the ball is in the Air anything short of a "PI" who just gotta hope Dez messes himself up.
Easily the best football player I have seen play at the HS level in Texas and by the end of Saturdaynight when he has over 300 yards 3-4 TD's there will be no more denying who the best WR in the Nation is. Whenever he leaves school he will be the #1 WR take off the board you can bank on that.

Not saying OSU will win, but Mizzou will not have the best player on the field come Saturday so the Cowboys have more then a good shot at winning this.

I'm curious. If they seriously threw jump balls to him all night, and he could out jump everyone on defense, how could it be stopped? If you hit him before he has it, it's pass interference, if you don't, he catches it. It's really an interesting situation with his athletic ability. He is so much like a mini TO (even to the point of wanting the ball constantly)...

I've been saying this forever . Surely we'll find out sooner or later (when we have no other choice but to force-feed it to him). I also knew and said, after watching the oft-posted youtube video from his high school junior season, that he was the most talented receiver to ever commit to us. The dude is just on a different level.

I think Dez has a big game! RA interviewed him after the Texas A&M game...and he said he's just gettn started and he's pumped for mizzou! Dez gets 3+ TDs as we shock the nation in Columbia!

If your talking about me im a Longhorn fan. Even looking at our secondary Bryant is going to have a field day on us.

I know it may seem like I pumped him up to be superman, but it wasnt like he did this against soft competetion in HS. Embarassed The #1 DB recruit in the nation in Craig Loston right now who is currently committed to Clemson.

Played against Chase Daniels he actually ened my Sr season with a semi final playoff loss (37-30) Bryant who was a Sophmore had 2 TD's that game. Chase is a beast ill give that to him, but if you can get pressure he gets frusturated real easy. Even seen him spike the ball at his O-Lines feet after a sack by McKinner Dixon that game. Look at the Big 12 Championship once they got him frustrated OU started to open it up.

I give OSU a good shot at pulling what I think maybe a mild-upset. OSU is better then alot of what people think and saturday they have a chance to prove it. Kendall Hunter (The other East Texas Product) is the X-Facor if he can run the ball like he has the entire season and I think he is going over 100 this game. If he makes Mizzou respect his game then they cant double Dez. Then the Db's on a island out their and pretty soon he starts to drown.
Maclin is great but even Dez has something Maclin doesnt have.

What Catdaddy is trying to say is:

You're wrong there. Dez caught many jump balls in the Houston game.

I don't know if this is true; I'm just translating.

Those weren't the classic jump ball, those were just high passes.

I'm always concerned with the jump ball because doing it too much is simply showing up the opponent. It wouldn't be too big a risk to put in the 2nd string corner and let him flip Dez and let him land on his head. While he's got freakish body control and the biggest hands I've ever shaken, he is mortal and landing on his head is not a good thing.

I'm not saying that it shouldn't be in the arsenal, just that it had to be a part of the offense, not THE offense.

I guess we'll see you next week. That is if our team is even able to make it after being torched for over 300 yards and 3 or 4 TDs by Superman!

Perhaps I should sell my ticket while I still can.
