I don't know if this is the case, but it tastes like all the chains are sending out frozen dough to the franchises. It tastes like crap.

Mazzios is halfway decent. I wouldn't even put it in the same ballpark as Pizza Slut.

I prefer Dominos lately (after they changed their pizza recipe several months ago) and Papa Murphys which is a take-n-bake place.

Papa Murphys sounded dumb to me when I first heard and went there because it was like...what am I paying for? I could just be making my own pizza... But their ingredients they use are fresh and very good quality. You can watch them make it and take it home to make. I like my pizza a little crispy on the bottom so I put the bottom oven broiler on for a few mins and take it out.

Papa murphys taco pizza is the best taco pizza i've ever had

making pizza yourself everyonce in awhile is good and all but I prefer to eat pizza when I don't feel like cooking or work to hard...

if i'm going to cook...i'm going to make something a little better.

Papa Johns is the only one I eat on a regular basis. Dominos is better but I still forget about it sometimes. I've started eating at Cheezies more often lately. It's nothing great but its pretty solid, cheap pizza.

Murphy's is good but their price has skyrocketed. $10 for a large one-topping that you still have to cook. Same as the other chains...
I do really like their pizza though.

    Too much sauce.

Of course, that is my problem with most pizzas, too much sauce or cheese. They should provide a subtle background to the topping, not be the focus of the pizza.

I disagree about Mazzio's. It's normally pretty good for a chain.

Hmmm, does it work with future order I wonder, so I might order a pizza for the 19th on Saturday, and still only pay $7?

    Edit: No, you cannot.

You're ordering online, hit the options for light cheese and sauce.

Last time I was in Stillwater I stopped in at this little pizza place and it was pretty good. I've never heard anybody mention it before but as good as it was I'm surprised it isn't more popular. I think it was called "Hiddenaway" or something like that.

As fantastic as that sounds, anytime we get pizza at my house it's because we either don't have time to cook or are too lazy to do so.

And, when Dominos changed their reciped a few years ago they went from being one of the worst pizza chains to arguably the best.
