Hey Greg or Chris, I got on OP using Tapatalk as usual and noticed that the A/V wasn't showing up. It wasn't like it was there and I didn't have access, it just didn't show up at all. It has happened before, so I figured it was just a glitch and would come back eventually.

But then I got on the desktop site and it still wasn't there. Do you know what's going on?

But really, you don't have the AV Member banner under your name, so maybe your subscription ran out?

Same here - I got the email from PayPal yesterday. And like I said, it's not like I can see it there and I just don't have access...I literally don't even see it as an option in the forums list.

Sorry guys, I haven't had a chance to figure out how subs work in the new system. We'll need OP 9000 to sort this out. He'll get you guys squared away and compensated for your troubles. Hang tight just a bit longer.

Figured out what was causing it... now have paypal working on the issue for us. Will update when it's fixed.

Note that it's not a security issue. Your info is safe. And it is registering the payments. It's a communication problem from paypal back to xenforo letting the board know that the payment has taken place.

And if you convo me real names, I can manually activate A/V accounts in the meantime.

I'm fairly certain this issue has been resolved. Any upgrades prior to right now may have encountered issues. We sincerely apologize for the trouble and will look for a way to fairly compensate everyone for the service interruption.

Be sure to convo me with your real name if you're still locked out and we'll update you manually. But should be smooth sailing from now on.

Solved one issue.. only to run into another. Paypal and XF are now talking to each other.. solved that. But now Paypal is sending XF old vbulletin ID's that are cached into everyone's account.

    Looking into a solution.

Doesn't seem to affect new subscribers. Will keep manually upgrading everyone.
