Ok, I'm now convinced of the conspiracy. Kansas just fouled WV twice on the same play. On the second foul Withey just about flipped the guy and the ref didn't even look at the kid on the floor. KU then got a break away and surprise, a foul was called on WV.

For those of you who want to say its not a conspiracy just horrible officiating, I can go with that theory too.

I'm convinced that Withey could pull a gun and shoot another player with zero reprecussions.

Well you can bet Iowa State isn't going to get any calls their way against uo.

IMO being a Big 12 official is like being a weatherman. You can always get it wrong and never face repercussions.

Fabricated call on Nash. Nash doesn't even push or touch the rebounder. Yet, there is the ref right in the action and he sees a definite hold...

I mostly think being a Big 12 ref is like being a crippled blind sloth with developmental disabilities who fancies every song featuring Pitbull.

That was pretty bad, it was right after he "fouled" the three point shooter if I recall correctly

I'm just going to throw this out there. But we certainly get calls that go our way too when maybe they shouldn't. Not as many as other teams, but it does happen.

True but are they crucial calls during times that can significantly change the outcome of the game.

Nash hooks him with his right arm. I don't see a problem with that foul if they were calling it both ways.

Oh please, no more a hook than he shoved Nash in the back. It was mutual jockeying and should have been a no-call.

I am no fan of the refs on any level and wasn't even watching the NBA till the Thunder arrived because the refs ruined the pros for me. I realize there are judgment calls but it drives me crazy when they are so inconsistent. Collisions on one end are overlooked and they then call a touch foul on the other end. Good thing the players and coaches usually stay under control because at home I am cursing and throwing things at some calls.

Yes, complaining about officiating is one of the sillier things fans do. I could go look at any basketball game and see a dozen bad calls.
