Congressman Alan West sends reporters to school

This guy is the real deal, the genuine article. Has led men in combat, is well read, speaks clearly and is spot on in execution of a well defined mission.

Our friends on the left will not likely enjoy this.

Alan West is awesome. Would LOVE to see him as the VP candidate but am afraid he's too outspoken (not for me....just for the 'general voting population'). Personally I would LOVE to have a candidate that calls a spade a spade, says what he means and sticks to it. Would be refreshing!

He is sharpening the saw as a Congressman. If he doesn't get burned out or fall victim to some scandal, he may well be a future contender.

Hopefully, one day he will be well-known enough that folks will spell his name correctly.

I bet he prefers health care through bankruptcy over Obamacare. He's surely opened minded toward abolishing government welfare, too.
