that is a very scary thought. going through a cold and flu season with this stacked on top of it is also a frightening thought cause you could theoretically catch them at the same time
The scariest part of that is the simultaneous hospitalizations and overrunning capacity even more. We have to hope that there's a vaccine by January when flu hospitalizations typically ramp up dramatically and we have to hope far more people get their flu shots.

I remember months ago there was a big discussion in this thread about warm temps and how it might slow down the virus
I think it has been effectively proven that warm temps didn't slow the virus down at all.
Possibly even worse as it really gets hot people spend less time outside and more time in air conditioned buildings.
