I have 2 extra TC Encore frames. Both are blued and one has had a custom trigger job done on it. These frames can be configured for handgun or rifle barrels and would make an excellent multi caliber rifle (or pistol) for someone wanting to try some additional calibers.

Frame #1 with factory trigger is $250
Frame #2 with custom trigger job is $285

I can provide photos but if you are familiar with TC Encores you know well what they look like.

pm or email me with questions.

    Thanks.

WTT an AR15 pistol upper for a rifle upper or sell outright.

The upper is flattop with 10.5" barrel.

What I want to do is convert my RRA LAR-15 pistol to a rifle and the 10.5" barrel is not legal on a rifle. I can send pics upon request.

10.5" isn't illegal. It's called an SBR and does require a class III license.

10.5" is legal on an AR if it is considered a pistol. In order to be considered a pistol by the ATF, it can not have a stock or a vertical grip on the front. Same thing applies to the T-C encore contender.

Anything under 16" is "legal" with a Tax Stamp. Don't know if you are saying it is straight up "illegal" all the time so wanted to make sure this was addressed. I know my 11.5" Commando is "legal" as a rifle.

I have a pistol lower and I'm going to be looking for a short barrel 5.56 soon. Hopefully my SBR papers come in by Christmas. Can you send me a pic?

I ordered a pair of these from a local dealer, they are in, I've paid for them, but I haven't picked them up yet. Something's come up, and I'm not going to be able to keep them.

I paid $2,049 plus tax for them. If anyone is interested in helping me out here, I'll eat the tax, and you get a brand new, never taken out of the box pair of glasses.

    Thanks for you interest!

But, there's been a series of definitive and explicit letters from the BATF stating that the Magpul AFG is not considered a vertical grip, and therefore is okay on an AR pistol.

Also, guys, I've got about 40 once-fired 7mm Rem Mag cases (Rem Core-Lokt) that I discovered I still had floating around (sold that rifle). Any reloaders want 'em? Not even certain how much brass goes for...

I am interested in one of the frames. Are they both blued or any chance stainless? Also was wondering how big of a difference do you notice in the trigger job?

Both frames are blued. The custom trigger job is more crisp and has less creep than the factory trigger but not by a great amount.

That is awesome that you still have them. I may be interested in the lower priced one. I have an extra barrel and stock set that need a frame so I don't have to change to ML barrel every season. I will try to hook up with you in a few days. Are you Interested in any kind of a trade for both frames? I have a savage bolt action w/accu trigger and choate stock in 308 that I may be interested in getting rid of. I also have the standard stock for the rifle in black syn I will throw in with it. Or I may just have to buy one from you outright. do you also have the hinge pins for the frames?

Hinge pins come with the frames. I'm left handed so I don't believe your bolt rifle will work for me. Let me hear from you when you have time.
