Good article, even if they did call Rob Glass "Bill" Glass.

Great read, and well done SI.....Unfortunately for some, the watercooler bragging rights are just as important as the quality of kid we are getting for OUR system. It may sound bad but there is truth to the notion of too many chiefs and not enough indians. It happens every year in ever sport. I have seen it first hand. The most talented team rarely wins everything because chemistry and an understanding and acceptance of your role within the team is what breeds success! We do as good a job with that as anyone along with developing players. The statement that kids in our program have won at least 9 games speaks to the culture and understanding of what it takes to win, and I fully expect us to keep doing it!!

I think that's changing. The Thunder have seriously taken over.

Happy for the Thunder, but my money still goes to GIA when I want to take in a game. We still are and always will be a college sport state. With the flailing going on in Stilly and Norman it is no wonder the Thunder are having such great support.....I am glad we are producing big time football revenues now as it could not have come at a better time. Considering the Thunder success, I feel that Holder will be forced to drastically drop ticket prices to fill up GIA going forward. He will need MUCH greater student support and to get that it is require better affordability not only for them but for those making the decision on who they will drive to see play. He will need OSU to be the more attractive option and that can come with atmosphere and affordability.

Good, other teams will call Gundy asking for Bill instead of Rob and nobody will be able to steal him away from us.

Maybe for you, but when it comes to basketball Oklahoma is an NBA place right now, at least for the next 5 years. They can drop prices all they want in GIA, as long as KD is in OKC, people will be filling it up. What Holder has to hope is that he can get people who aren't going to see KD play.
