A suburn that is 20 miles away with Moore, in between? Does that mean Norman is more of a suburb to Moore?

    emmm...

And this says what about OSU basketball?

From any knowledgeable fan's stand point. OU is a very young, talented team on the way up. OSU is a very young and talented team on the decline.

Also, let me know the last time OU had an 18 game road losing streak in conference play.

And so does your wife, please don't confuse the two.

Don't come on here and start talking sh!t about women that go to OSU. It really does show that you're a chauvinist pig.

Barry stands out like a sore thumb as the "only shred of greatness" to pass through OSU?

I'm pretty sure there's a man by the name of Thurman Thomas that would disagree with you there.

You can't really compare the two. Barry had one super year at a school that had no other offense. Winning the Heisman makes him a legend like all Heisman winners.

Thurman Thomas was a better player and actually accomplished something with his skills. I personally think he was the best player to ever play at OSU.

He didn't say anything about OSU Basketball. He's our resident Longhorn. He just goes to OSU.

I remember back in August of last year (or somewhere in there...it was before football season, at any rate), and a Georgia fan asked us if we'd ever been barked at. A great man that goes by osufireman on this board replied "Only once...I walked through Norman and some of the Sooner cheerleaders tried hitting on me."

    Greatness :D

Obviously someone has not been around Stillwater in a long long time. The pig research facility that used to be on hwy 51 out in the country. Then Stillwater grew so it was on the edge of town. About 15 years ago they moved it back out into the country. So no aroma anymore. It has been awhile. As to Stillwater ladies vs OU ladies. I know a DJ on the OU flagship station whose comment on that was "he wanted to find the machine that spits out all those GORGEOUS little blonde Babes that just flood the OSU campus. Said by a mouthpiece for OU.

Of course we relocated our source of odor. The Sooners just revel in theirs. Besides their best looking "wimmen" need that sewage treatment facility. It is a place of employment and their best beauty parlor. It's where their cologne originates.

The aroma from Stillwater would be a blessing in Gaylordia due to the number of meth labs spewing their stench. That's probably the reason "govt cheese" tastes so good there...

Really...like Sonny Galloway's daughter who posed for Playboy but attends OSU? She was a flower in the rough down at Norman where overweight is a standard for women, she's just another pretty face in Stilly.

I'm still hoping that if us "Stillwater ladies" repulse him that much he'll stay as far away from Stillwater as possible.

One-good-year guys? I think the gooners know alot about those. The biggest difference was that Barry DID win the Heisman. Jason white a legend? Maybe in his own mind.

I agree that Thurman Thomas was a great player.

btw: When was the last time uo had a NFL HOFamer ?

One year? Then how did he become a TWO TIME AA?
Not one of the best but THE BEST ever.

As to "the only offense" comment you really are ignorant. The QB that year SET THE BIG 8 Offense passing Record and the Big WR Hart Lee set the Receiving record and probation record.

Dude I was complimenting him but if you want to go there Jason White was on a National Championship Winning Team and won how many Big 12 CCGs?

Barry had one awesome year and was an incredible back. But he was never on a team that did squat. Sanders played in two post season games in his NFL career (The Lions never made it thru the playoffs and won one playoff game in his career). The other one he gained 59 yards against the Redskins in a 41-10 arsekicking.

Now Look up Thurman Thomas' accomplishments and you will see why Sanders was his backup.

How many games did they win? Conference Championships? National Championshps? Maybe some people are impressed with big numbers against AA schools and are ok with weak performances against ranked teams but I am not one of them.

Football smack coming out of stoolwater is weak no matter how you look at it.

Thomas had a better supporting cast in the pros. All the Lions had was Barry. Now run along your weedeater is fixed.:headslap:
