    And I'd advise against using it if anyone has any ideas.

    Registering a trademark doesn't automatically grant it to you. Everyone using it that hasn't trademarked it is then allowed to dispute it. And it becomes a huge long drawn out legal process. And very expensive for everyone.

    I can claim internet usage all the way back to 2003. And OSU can claim overall useage in regards to athletics and supporting OSU all the way back to the 70's... and we don't mess with it, so they don't bother us.

    But the licensing office is a lot more aggressive (rightfully so) than they used to be.

    Is there any chance this phrase is being co-opted by racial extremist groups, like by people who think they're superior because they have spent too much time in tanning beds?
