Mike Boynton and his staff are big-game hunting. Earlier this week, Class of 2019 small forward Samuell Williamson, a top-50 small forward prospect out of Rockwall, Texas, announced the Cowboys had extended him a scholarship offer.

Williamson is a 6-6, 180-pound prospect rated by 247Sports as the No. 6 recruit in Texas, and the No. 13 player at his position nationally.

Williamson has close to 30 total offers from across the country, but he told Zags Blog recently that three — OU, Texas A&M and Texas — have been recruiting him the hardest. All seven crystal ball predictions from 247Sports currently project the four-star recruit to pick Kansas.

OSU is entering the mix somewhat late in the process, but Williamson is still open to offers. He says he wants to cut his list in the coming weeks, and is on track for a fall commitment before the early period.

Oklahoma State has two commitments in the 2019 class from Kalib and Keylan Boone, and currently boast the tenth-ranked class nationally, which is second in the Big 12 behind Kansas.
