1. OU-yes, I watched the game. They lost in Manhattan. It happens. Still the best team in the big 12.

2. baylor- Unbeaten, but dont have the resume of OU.

3. Texas. The close, hardfought loss to LSU, when texas was healthy, outweighs the kansas and TCU outings when they resembled a mash unit. They did beat kansas, and Oklahoma State as well.

4. Iowa State -head to head counts, but ISU's losses were all to good teams. Baylor and Iowa losses were very close.

5.Oklahoma State. Iowa state hadnt lost in October since 2017. Winning in ames wasnt a picnic even when Iowa State was bad. Oklahoma State showed they they will be feared by defensive coordinators every week. Wallace had the highlight of the entire year. ran over 2 defenders, brutal stiff arm to a 3rd, and blasted past a 4th. Tough losses to texas and baylor are forgivable. The TT loss appears more of an aberration, but it is a "bad" loss. Kstate and oregon state wins are looking better.

6. Kstate. beating OU counts for a lot. Beat Miss state on road and TCU head to head. Losses were both to good teams.

7. TCU. resume is just as good as kstate's, but lost the head to head. beating texas was big.

8. Texas tech. Oklahoma State win beats anything WVU and Kansas have done. TT is the bad team we thought they were.Big, huge drop off between 7 and 8, and 8-10 are all close. TT should probably be in last place for firing KK, who is 3-3-1. the 3 wins equal last year's season total of wins. KK has turned the laughable Cardinals into a decent team. TT had huge qb injury issues last year and TT were fools to fire him. Fools!

9. WVU- win over 8-1 james madison @ kansas and NC State trump kansas' wins over BC and TT. Loss at home to coastal carolina is a brutal loss for kansas and WVU gets the nod for 9th place. None of WVU's losses to mizzou, texas, OU, and Iowa State are bad losses.

10. Kansas. Showing signs of life under Les Miles. Gave texas a huge scare, and beat TT. Road win over BC also a good win.

I can live with that. Don’t think Texas will wind up at 3.

Baylor opens as a 21 point favorite over WVU in morgantown. Oh, what a difference a year makes. WVU won @ Baylor last year 58-14.

Baylor is due for a wake up call/game.
Could this be the game? I would think they'd be taking the "neers a little too lightly.
We'll see how their leadership handles a league lead.

All I know is that in Morgantown there's a burning couch advisory scheduled for this weekend.
