In his shoes, there's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I'd risk millions in guaranteed money just to play more college ball. He'd have everything to lose and next to nothing to gain. How can one possibly improve upon probably being the first player drafted?
Agree. But don't forget oSu's highly suspect free throw shooting. Among other things, it is what directly contributed to tonight's loss. I honestly don't understand how anyone can be less than an 80% free throw shooter. It just takes PRACTICE.
There are much better ways to spend one's time than getting bombarded by cell phone, laptop, fast food, and automobile ads. I remember the advertising situation not being nearly this bad in years past. Am I misremembering?
Even though the future looks at least somewhat bright for next year and possibly beyond, enduring all of those commercials was close to unbearable. Every single game felt like one long advertisment with bits of basketball in between. It makes watching games feel like a chore.
Absolutely. I was subconsciously rooting for ACU the entire game. I actually rooted for OU during their game against Missouri . . . but not for Texas. I can't stand them after that BS in the B12 tournament.
