    2020 election thread

It’s a global pandemic, a horrible thing and there is plenty of tragedy worldwide. EU is now at 260k deaths. Trumps fault as well I’m sure. There are success stories too, just depends on if you want to see them or not. From the work done by hospitals, Dr’s, nurses running at capacity for...

    2020 election thread

How dare there be optimism that we are seeing success in therapeutics and nearing potential vaccines. Fear and doom and gloom are the only answer! Carry on into the “Dark Winter”! :runaway:

Who??? Wasn’t this this supposed to be some high level official, maybe even a cabinet member? Never heard of the guy. This is why the “anonymous” crap isn’t and shouldn’t be trusted.

EPIC may lose their contract with the State

Pretty much right. The nature of a virtual school lends itself to being more efficient with less overhead, more per pupil spending, higher paid teachers all while getting less per pupil state funds than traditional schools. They are pulling students and teachers from traditional schools left...

EPIC may lose their contract with the State

The Virtual Charter school board only voted in favor of proceeding because their attorney recommended it so that they could have a hearing to hear the other side as well. Epic is 90% of the reason that board exists. Epic is not going anywhere and the traditional B & M folks need to get used to...

    Covid-19

The protocol for deeming someone recovered or no longer contagious is no longer negative testing. That changed a few months ago. Aren’t we supposed to follow the science? The incubation period has come and gone for anyone that was in contact with POTUS prior to the public announcement...

    ou/Texas outcome?

Meh...two middle of the pack big 12 teams. Horrible defenses.

    Covid-19

The take away here is stay in your lane, stick to your business, I don’t need to know a business or organizations opinion on political candidates as it typically does not reflect the views of all of the org or even a majority in some cases.

I heard multiple times Pence make gracious comments to Kamala, was that ever reciprocated?

    2020 election thread

Not that it will change your mind, because it is already made up, but go re-watch the clip of that exchange. A lot of people missed it because there was so much talking over each other, but Wallace asks the question “Tonight will you condemn white supremacists and militia groups?” Before he...

All three of them on stage looked ridiculous.

    RIP RBG

I do care about right and wrong, and hundreds of thousands of babies each year. That’s the point.

    RIP RBG

Ha! Talk about gymnastics! Nice attempt with the cute story, but Dems and Obama put forth a nominee so they are on the record supporting that plan whole heartedly. They sure didn’t reluctantly get duped, they just didn’t have the majority to put him through. I don’t deny that their is some...

    RIP RBG

You could say the same for those that advocated for seating Garland 4 years ago but are now opposed. That includes Obama, Biden, Hilary, Schumer and even Ginsburg herself based on her reported last wishes. For some reason though people only highlight one side. Hmmmm...

Probably depends on what you mean by principles. I would consider someone standing for life as principled.

. Honestly the majority party could, thanks Harry Reid. Obstructing for 2-4 years though probably wouldn’t bode well come election time. The Dems would have certainly done that though if they’d have had the senate in the last 4 years. You think it is bad that Republicans are breaking norms...

    Tulsa Post Game Thread

If Illingworth can do that with little to no practice, makes you wonder what he can do with reps. Very reminiscent of the Weeden Colorado game. Also Brown was night and day better than anything we saw of him last year. Looked like he put in some work in the offseason when Chuba was distracted...

    RIP RBG

Meh, barring tragedy none of the conservatives on the court will be going anywhere in the next 4-8 years, especially with Biden/Harris as president. Them pushing through will not be impactful politically as everyone knows Dems would do the same, and would have with Garland had they had power...

    RIP RBG

In the last 4 years, I actually thought the most unified point for Republicans and even moderates was the Kavanaugh treatment and hearings. It could benefit to have that play out again during the election.
