Hmm.. very interesting. I wonder what happened. Had or have been bad since both were counted on to play a lot this year.
This is definitely a blow to our depth. We may have to play some really young players up front if our offensive line has any injuries or players in quarantine during the season. I'm glad that Spencer Sanders can move.

If it’s team rules I kind of assume it’s teammate related... if it was just upsetting that coaches they’d just fitness it out when they’re supposed to be such key contributors this year.

Very disappointing. Must have been serious to kick both of them off the team. Given the distinct possibility we're going to lose some kids due to COVID testing during the season, this is the last thing we needed.

Maybe we can pick up some late transfers from Nebraska or Iowa! Ha.

So what does starting Oline look like now?

LT: Teven Jenkins
LG: Josh Sills
C. Ry Schneider
RG: Cole Birmingham? Hunter Woodward?
RT: Hunter Anthony?

We're they both expected to start? Challenge to start? Or just much needed depth? Losing any of those are bad but the last one is a little less end of the world.

Bryce Bray was going to be our RT. He’s a huge loss. Farrell could’ve challenged at LT to keep Jenkins at RT. Coaches would prefer Jenkins on the right side, because of his elite run blocking skills. Farrell was our most athletic OL, and some believe he could’ve been a starter or a swing tackle at the very least.

I like Anthony more on the inside b/c I question if his footwork will be good enough to handle edge rushers. He’s does play with an edge and is a good run blocker. We went from 4 returners to 2. Depth is now an issue. We seriously can’t have nice things.
