As of now, I don't see how we're lower than a 6 seed. Road wins against Tech, OU, and Wichita State may be better than anyone else has. If we could win at least one of the next three I think we stay there.

I hope there's a way we can see TCU in the Big 12 tournament.

I don’t. I would hate to have another bad loss

Kevin Samuel is just a really bad matchup for our roster. We want to avoid TCU, KU, and WVU.

Palm has now moved is up to a 4 with OU at 6. Honestly this feels to high to me. I think he is assuming the bad loses will be overlooked some. My sweet spot is probably a 3, but I don't see us getting that high without making the conference tournament championship. 3/6 feels like the ideal seeds IMHO.

I do somewhat fear the NCAA might want to set Cade up with an early matchup against a major opponent. Play off his star power as much as possible.

6 or higher would be ideal to try to make a run at the sweet 16/ elite 8.

I do not want to avoid TCU. No stinkin way they pull off the hat trick.
Well, I didn’t think they’d win either of the first 2 games either. Sometimes you just have a bad matchup. Won’t say they will for sure beat us but it will be a close game. I’d rather play a close game against a ranked team personally.

Samuel is the exact reason I want to avoid Illinois, Gonzaga, and Michigan. Their big guys would dominate us.

I think we probably should be a 5 seed right now. I’m just hoping to avoid the 7-10 line. 5-6 are about the same and 3-4 are about the same. Matchups matter more than seeds when you look at 3-4 and 5-6.

I thought the RPI was hard to understand. The new NET rankings make no sense to me at all. We are currently ranked 33rd and have a 7-4 record vs Q1. That's better than all but 3 or 4 of the 32 teams above us. Did the losses to tcu hurt that bad? Was our non-con that weak?

None of the the above. It's biased, lazy idiots who don't do their homework.

Way too many people worried about our current seed projections. Sit back, relax and enjoy the games. After these next 3 games we could be anywhere from a 4 seed to an 10 seed.
