That would be a huge help to get guys open for easier looks and buckets. Unfortunately all the players watch Stephan Curry and think they can make anything inside 40 feet. Dribble dribble dribble dribble shoot…miss.
No excuse for poor free throw shooting. But that has been an issue for last 3-4 years. That’s just need to practice practice practice.
Poor FG shooting can be covered with focus on defensive pressure on the other end. However, in today’s game with the ever present portal, if you push defense too much on players the portal would be full…always.
