Thanks to @Chairman of the Board , he made it easier by doing some research on the teams. With his blessing, I copy and paste what he wrote in another thread while I add extra information on who to watch for.
Fordham finished 30-20, 15-7 in Atlantic 10 and won the A10 tournament.
I cannot find one ranked opponent that they faced. Only common opponent is KU, and they lost to the Jayhawks, 6-2 way back in February. They finished 111 in the RPI, but only finished 3-11 vs RPI 26-100.
They hit .255 as a team and had an ERA of 2.64

UNT finished 36-13 and 17-7 in CUSA. They won their conference tournament easily. We played them earlier in the year in Denton and won 4-2, but it was a tough one. They finished 5-4 versus the Big 12, because of a three game sweep of KU. They are #43 in the RPI.
This is UNT's first ever regional, and they are thrilled they didn't get sent to Norman.
