My teenage son was cooking sausage on my propane grill and got distracted and there was a major flareup stemming from the dripping fat catching fire on the bottom. The temperature basically melted the knobs and stuck the center burner valve in place.

I was able to break the valve free with pliers and can now turn all 3 off and on. And while the autolighter still sparks, it doesn't start the grill anymore so I had to light it with a lighter stick. But the bigger problem is the temperature. Last night I cooked steaks and with all 3 burners on, could not get the temp over 400. Even the side infrared burner was having problems. What parts do I need to check/replace to get this thing working right again?
