Herp Derp osu is getting screwed

    lets see we beat Texas Tech , Virginia Tech soundly , BUT THEY ARE GOING TO A BETTER BOWL ? our going to this bowl is way worse then not going to a bowl . it doesnt help in recruiting , nor does it help money wise in fact it will cost way more then what the other big 12 schools will pay .

    why is it nessecary to go to a bowl just so there can be more practice time ?

    if osu wins nobody cares, if Osu Loses, then it makes the school look worse .

    it would seem that getting the season over with so the players can get some rest and do other things would be better for them then getting the shaft .

    I can see the other side but really this bowl is the only game that wont be on tv .
    It seems strange that nobody is pissed about the disrespect towards osu and this is a lose -lose game

    Yeah, it's a complete wash to give our three quarterbacks more time to practice while sending us to a bowl where a lot of our recruits live.

    And it's on ESPNU.

    When did we play Virginia Tech? Do you mean in basketball? They beat us in basketball, which shouldn't have any bearing on our placement in a bowl game.

    Now, if you are talking about the Pinstripe Bowl that WEST VIRGINIA is going to, it is not a better bowl. The NYC media doesn't even cover it.

    And by the way, the game is on ESPNU.

    How cold was the beer at BWW at lunch today?

    Enough already . It is time to quit complaining and move on. Go to the bowl game even if you have to hold your nose. Yes, we got dissed in this but we can't do a thing about it.. Suck it up and cheer for the cowboys.. I can't tell you how many years we would have loved ANY bowl !

    I am going to repeat myself as I have to several friends who are bitter and vow not to attend the bowl game in silent protest.

    Do not be mad about what bowl we fell to, be mad at the players and coaches for the OU and Baylor loses. That is the REAL reason we are where we are, not because we got screwed.

    If anyone was screwed in the bowl process it was someone like Georgia, who beat Florida and played in the SEC Champioship, i.e. the NC semi-final, and lost and thus lost out on the Sugar Bowl. Or Lousiana Tech who went 9-3 and gave A&M more than they wanted and is not represented in a bowl game.
