we were coming off 3 years of Holgorsen and Monken when OCWTF was hired. We were known as one of the best offensive teams in the country and could have had our pick of D1 power 5 offensive coordinator talent.

so what does Gundy do? He fired up his google machine and found some guy that no one has heard of from a school that no one has heard of.

And gives him 5 years of otj training and he still has the most simple offense in the league

After losing 3 OC's in like 4 years, I think Gundy's main goal was to hire someone who wouldn't get hired away. Well he accomplished that goal, Yurcich isn't going anywhere. (PS that's not a good thing)

If they can get results like Monken and Holgorsen, then let's just get a new one every year. Whatever works.
