New project

I have no idea why I bought this today. It appears to be custom made,(duh), very heavy duty. Smoke comes out the ears when smoking. I need to fix a couple of spots on it, but it shouldn't take more than an hour. It also needs some new grates in the firebox and grill, but that's no big deal, then it's paint time. Like I say I didn't need another smoker or project, but for $80.00 I couldn't pass it up.....
