Two things stood out for me:
  1. Consider that since Mike Gundy became the head coach in Stillwater before the 2005 season, Gundy has had 104 players produce 100-yard rushing games. Texas? It’s had 17 over that time period.
  2. "Mostly, the Longhorns are in better position to win because they’ve been validated."

WTF? Really, the whorns have been validated? By who or what? Expect them to get INVALIDATED by the Pokes!

It's funny how fans of a rich, blue blood, football program are playing the victim so bad about the ref's.

This guy's stats appear to be all whacked.

No way have 104 OSU players had 100+ yards rushing game in the Gundy era. We might not have even had 104 RBs on roster during that time. Believe he means we have had a 100-yard rusher 104 TIMES in that period. All said, I find it hard to believe that Texas has had a 100-yard rusher only 17 times during the Gundy era. That is with the likes of Vince Young, D'Onta Foreman, Malcolm Brown, Jonathan Gray, Joe Bergeron, Chris Warren, Tyrone Swoopes and others. 17 times? If true....WOW. Just WOW. That is less than one per year.

Had the same thought. The 104 players is obviously wrong (must be games), but the UT stat can't be games. Maybe that one is players?
