I'll watch the NFL some because I like to follow former OSU players. I'll watch the NBA & MLB casually during the playoffs. College football & basketball are my drug of choice.

I've had several MLB baseball games on in the background over the past week. I can't remember hearing any political discussion during the broadcasts. Hopefully the broadcasters will separate politics from sports during the actual games.

I probably have been watching SportsCenter less though. If I want politics, I'll watch a news network.

Nope.
Nope.
Nope.

I haven’t had any interest to watch pro-sports in probably a decade or more. I’ll occasionally catch part of a game, but it’s rare, and I usually end up falling asleep or changing the channel out of boredom. Besides, I could find a thousand things I’d rather do. Just do not care and haven’t for a very long time.

Assuming no college sports, yes, no, yes. If we're talking about regular season, I'd rather watch college chess than pro baseball. Might catch the end of the world series if it's a good storyline (Houston after the hurricane or Cubbies are the only pro baseball games I've watched in at least a decade)

Wont watch any sports that give even the slightest of credence to the BLM movement. They want a platform to spread bullshit. Ill do my part to take away that platform. If BLM actually did anything to improve the lives of black people Id feel differently.

I quit watching them even before they got political. I'll watch NBA and MLB if the Thunder or Cardinals make their respective championships. I'll watch NFL to see former pokes play. That's about it.

Watched the NBA on TNT last night & all I can say is bring on actual games that count. It was pretty clear that social justice is going to be a big talking point until games that matter happen. The WNBA got more run last night than they ever do for any games that they play, which are completely subsidized by the NBA. Never seen a league that mattered less get so much coverage.

As far as pro sports it's really hard for me to watch mostly spoiled morons complain and preach to me about the very system and country that made them millionaires. That's very hard to stomach for someone who has worked their whole life to have less than a million to his / her name. Also ownership has totally lost all control. College sports, up to this year, had been my go to because they mostly have been out of the political spotlight up to this year. When the BS of the pros moves to college campuses I'm done there as well and that will be painful because Oklahoma State sports means a lot to me...of course less than Oklahoma State University, but it may mean we are losing that as well.

NBA and NFL no. Watching my Cards some. Some College football and basketball. As the article I posted said, I don't want to be preached to by a group of "woke" spoiled millionaires playing a game for a living

Baseball had an opportunity to stay out of the political fray and they chose to kowtow to the moronic BLM...that one is really hard to understand...What were the owners sitting around thinking "Hey, I know, let's go kill the small fanbase we have left and cater to a radical socialist Marxist BS group that entices whole groups of people who have no ideas of their true goals, to riot, that will help profits."

re: College sports. We've already seen it in the offseason but we'll start to see actual games being held hostage if players woke demands aren't met.

I'll watch pro sports when racism is eradicated. I just care so much.
This maybe the best answer I have seen. Kudos.

For me, I didn’t think the constant political crap would affect my behavior watching sports. But I have to admit I think it does. I watch to be entertained viewing games I love. Not to watch the Minnesota Twins unfurl a giant banner with the name George Floyd.
