Ha, here is one of the convictions. Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen. One of his charges.

"one count of making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate (Trump) for the "principal purpose of influencing [the] election""

You will have to excuse me if I think an illegal campaign contribution conviction to cover up Trump sleeping with a porn star has "something to do" with Trump.

Also like how your best deflection is. "It has nothing to do with Russia". As if that even matters.

FYI, George Papadopoulos was convicted of lying to the FBI about contact with Russians. So your statement is false according to US courts.
Better read it again so you know what Pop was lying about.

That whole thing is just weird. First, a very high profile man whose dad is named Joe Biden drops off a laptop at a repair shop. 1st off, if im in the circles they're in i might just have a guy for these things that i can trust.

Secondly, he never gets it back. Okay, fine, but knowing there was incriminating info on there, just suddenly decides he doesnt need it? Ok maybe he forgot. Then the shop owner holds on to it for a year and a half. that's 18 months. did he try contacting his customer? or did he decide to himself, well its time to open this bad boy up and snoop through his email. when asked whether or not he called hunter to get his property back, he declined to comment. uh huh.

So now im wondering, why is this guy snooping Biden's email? Then i read more about this and turns out the shop owner is actually an ardent trump supporter and months after viewing the data on the damaged hard drive, he turned it into the fbi with the hopes that it would vindicate trump from being impeached. And apparently the fbi had contacted him to help with the contents of the drive. which is weird because their forensic people surely are more capable with better tools than some shop owner.

You know what else he did? he made a copy of the data on the laptop and sent it to rudy guliani's lawyer. of all people. Just in time for one of those cool october surprises. You know the reason he stated for this? he said he did it because he feared for his safety and giuliani said he wanted someone to have it incase he was killed. cant make this up! so he thought, hey i'll just give this to the president's lawyer's lawyer and it wont raise my profile at all! now anyone with google can know who he is and what he did. It's just such a fishy case.
Did the FBI lying to a FISA court multiple times concern you at all?

Spitballing because like everyone else, I have no idea but have a theory based on other experiences.

He did it to ditch it.

Cannot just throw it away or claim it is lost because that would lend the appearance of hiding it. So, you take it to a shop for repair with the intention of never coming back for it. As a laptop, one of two things will typically happen to it. Upon being declared abandoned, which I have read that it was, the shop owner sells it or cannibalizes it for parts. Happens at computer shops all the time, especially when an item is older technology and for the cost of the repair plus a few bucks, you can get a brand new system. Think those boxes upon boxes of random computer parts just randomly appear at a computer shop? Nope, this is exactly how they get there.

Pawn shops are utilized everyday in much the same manner.
That's believable, but even if you take it to repair shop and "forget to pick it up", instead of "losing it", that still shows an appearance of trying to hide it. If someone questioned where it is...I would still go with "it got wet, so I disposed of it." Seems just as innocent as ..."it got wet, so I took it to repair shop, and forgot to pick it up." Then I would destroy it with a sledgehammer and really ditch it!
All I'm saying is, that is the last thing I would have done...taken it to a computer geek <(said with respect) where he could easily look through it...just still doesn't make sense to me.

The question also comes up, were the files, emails, etc in an active program, like say outlook, in either the inbox or a deleted file folder or were they deleted and dug out from the memory areas that only a computer geek would know how to find them? Many people think if you cannot see something anymore after clearing active folders, trash bins, etc., and clearing caches, and even running everyday purge programs, that something is gone. Who knows where these purported thousands of emails were located. Knowing that MIGHT shed some light into the mindset, should it be proven the laptop was his and the emails were his.

Yeah, I agree with you that only a computer geek or hack could find certain things, but I thought it was somewhat common knowledge that nothing ever really leaves your computer...(that's why I said I would destroy it) if this does come out as being his, he not only is really shady but not the sharpest tool in the shed.

10/20 What we learned

CIA operatives w mysterious illness linked to Russian operatives covered up by Trump administration.

Bullet point #5 of Steele dossier moved closer to verification after NYT story on previously undisclosed Trump Org bank account, tax payment & 2017 revenues.

Intentional cover up by Trump Admin of seriousness of recent CoVid surge & the stoppage of data sharing w individual states including key swing states of PA & WI.

CoS Meadows at Trump’s behest is pushing for approval of a no bid RFP from Rivada that could be worth north of $20B. Alleged investors in Rivada w significant steaks are prominent GOP members including Karl Rove. Push for approval started in Sept but has sped up in recent weeks as polling moves against Trump. Feels kinda swampy doesn’t it

But sure let’s keep talking about a laptop that even FoxNews wouldn’t touch out of the gate.

Oh & we are well over 100 days since it was reported that Russia was placing & paying bounties on American soldiers in Afghanistan & not one word from Trump.

America 1st right?

If it helps you just change the name from Hunter Biden to one of Trump's kids and then laptop story will all make sense to you. Russia! Russia! Russia!

October surprises are a bitch. But will anybody change their mind about this.. and millions have already voted that cannot change.

Was giving Iran a planeload of money putting America first?

Was killing thousands by drone putting America first?

Was trading terrorists for a traitor putting America first?

The warning signs of this kind of stuff has been right out in the open with Joe for years. Would not be surprised if Hunter really is wrapped up in this kind of disgusting stuff tbh. Let’s wait & see...
