What a coup to get the Cal o-lineman and the Clemson corner within 24 hours to really bolster both sides of the football! This is GREAT news..............

going by the OKLAHOMAN.............good enough for me, since they spoke to the individuals.................i don''t read or troll the recruiting forum
Too bad Casper puts a lot of good info on there and there is a tread about the transfers. But you can go ahead and be a jackass if you want.

BTW you may or may not realize but they can decide to go somewhere else its no more than a commitment. I believe they will are true to their word but there have been HS commits I thought were true also.

If I was one of them, I would think that seeing a thread about my coming to OSU, posted on the main OSU Sports Forum, rather than buried in the Recruiting Forum, would be a good thing. Nothing wrong with showing them some love.

I am happy as hell that they have committed to be a Cowboy but you do understand that they are not obligated just like a HS commit is not obligated until they sign an LOI. Either one can change their mind or should a we start a thread on the main board for every HS commit?

The good news is the message boards for the schools they didn't pick are now full of angry posts about how they aren't that great anyway, so that should cement the deal a little better.

I know it's crazy to hope like this...and if we play our pre season like we did last year it won't happen...BUT, this is the year that we really should win the conference and make the final four...if we are ever going to do it. We just have the offense and he defense is shaping into a good one as well...kicking game is also going to be experienced and the best in the conference. Just needs to be our year.

I understand how it works. They are both graduates, they have visited all the schools on their lists and had ample to to make their evaluations, fall camp starts in less than four months; I feel pretty confident that they know where they want to go at this point. This isn't the same thing as waiting on a seventeen-year-old's signature on national signing day.

Offense will be top 5, but defense will be about the same as last year, possibly worse. And we would potentially have to beat OU twice to win the league. That's going to be a tall task.

If the defense can just be average, we will be a tough out for anyone. The offense will not be stopped.

Oh yeah. We're just gonna have to put up a lot of points (45+) per game--same as last year. Which we can do. But getting to 12 wins (which I think we'll have to have) is gonna be tough.
