If you go back and look at all of the regional scores yesterday, you will notice an alarming amount of runs being scored. Like the old aluminum bat and juiced ball days. It appears the ncaa has juiced the balls. Wake forest has hit three home runs in the first inning this morning. Nobody has caught on to this yet.

97 home runs hit on the first day of regionals last year, 91 this year with 3 games postponed til today.

Missouri St. hits a 3 run home run in the 9th. Down by 1. Walks and hits a 2 run home run. MSU now up 8-7 in the 9th.
Total collapse by Grand Canyon. Gave them 3 free baserunners with walks/hbp/errors.

They must go off ticket sales and not actual butts in seats. Texas and A&M looked packed last night, O'Brate looked about 65-70% full. Way too many empty seats.

Tonight’s game should break home attendance game record at O’Brate and if we have rematch on Sunday evening another record and if winner takes all rematch on Monday another record.

Last night's should have set an attendance record. The Pokes are a national seed and it's the first ever regional held at the new park that everyone clamored for. A&M's game was a 1pm game on a work day and it was full, what's the excuse?

Am I the only one that thinks the pants above the knee look is silly? Seems like one guy on every team is wearing them. Pitcher for MO St. had them on last night. Maybe I’m just being old school.

I'm guessing the other 30ish% of the seats are being held by piggy fans. Looking for a full house tonight, uncomfortably close to only 60/40% Poke fans.

Edit: hope I'm wrong and a number of osu fans didn't drive from okc/tulsa to see semo.

I've said it all year, the number of people in the seats has been a bit of a disappointment. I know people have talked about the large number of fans in the outfield or SRO areas for the party atmosphere during the regular season. O'Brate so far has more of a country club/social club feel to it than an intimidating home field advantage. Agree that it was disappointing to see the number of empty seats last night and it was probably because many of those empty seats were bought up as all session tickets by Arkansas fans. Hoping it's 75/25 orange tonight but guessing 60/40 is more likely.
