they're probably borderline top 25 for me, but only if the bullpen gets better. OSU has top 25 potential with their weekend rotation if they play as well as they're capable. It will be a fun season to watch everything unfold. We're like 20 days away, and I'm ready for it!!!
Me as well. I think OU goes back t the small ball the Sunny love so much, and it will allow them to be successful. I think the bullpen is their only weak point along with power. I think they are going to be a great small ball team, with Solid starting pitching including the midweek guys.

I see the BIg 12 going somethign like this

1. Texas
2. aTm
3. OU
4. Baylor
5. OSU
6. KSU
7. Mizzou
8.KU
9. Tech

I think Texas an aTm run away with the league with OU, Baylor and OSU all finishing around the same in conference. KSU right behind them, and the rest fighting to get to OKC.

I also think that 1-5 are NCAA locks with #1 taking National seed. #2 Barely missing out a National seed. #3 barely getting a Host. 4 will get a 2 seed 5 will get in easily as a 2 or 3. Then maybe a 3 for KSU or MIzzou. The rest will have to win the BIG12.

I think Tech will be above Mizzou and KU. I think it's UT/ATM, big gap, OU/Baylor/OSU, KSU/Tech, decent gap, Mizzou/KU.

OSU has a decent non-conference slate once again, so if they can manage 33-34 wins they'll be a top 20 RPI team and make the tourney. Much of our success will depend on if Heaney can be a dominant Friday/Saturday guy and if McCurry can perform at a high level on Sundays. Both have the stuff to do it, but I'll need to wait and see how things progress over the course of the year a little bit before jumping in and saying we're a definite tourney team.

@Cal Poly (weekend), Dallas Baptist (midweek home and home), @TCU (weekender) , Missouri State (midweek home and home), Wichita State (midweek home and home), Ohio State (midweek at home), Houston (weekend at home), and a weekend with Alcorn State at home(they won their conference last year and played well in the tourney). Of course the extra Bedlam game is non-conference as well, so that counts for SoS.
